Welcome to Utmost Influence. By booking and utilizing our video recording studio, you agree to comply with the following terms:

 

1. Studio Rules & Equipment Damage

 

• • Care of Equipment: You are fully responsible for the studio space and all production equipment (cameras, lighting, microphones, backdrops) during your booking.

• • Damage Liability: Any damage caused to the equipment or property due to negligence, misuse, or accidents by you or your guests will be billed directly to the card on file.

2. Conduct and Studio Capacity

 

• • Prohibited Content: You may not use our facility to record illegal, hazardous, or explicitly dangerous activities.

• • Guest Limit: To ensure safety, a maximum of 5 people are permitted in the studio per booking unless written permission is granted in advance.

3. Overtime Fees

 

Sessions are strictly timed. If your production runs past your scheduled end time, you will be billed for overtime in increments of 2x our standard hourly rate. 

4. Limitation of Liability

 

Utmost Influence is not responsible for any data loss, corrupted footage, or personal injuries sustained inside the studio premises. Creators are advised to bring their own storage drives to back up their files.
