Thank you for booking your production session with Utmost Influence. Because studio time slots are limited and reserved exclusively for you, we enforce the following policies:

1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• • More than 48 Hours Notice: You may reschedule your booking or request a full refund if you contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.

• • Less than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable. You may reschedule your slot subject to a re-booking fee.

• • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled studio time, your entire booking fee is forfeited.

2. Late Arrivals

Your booking time begins and ends exactly at the hours you reserved. We cannot extend your session if you arrive late, as it impacts subsequent creator bookings.

3. Equipment or Studio Technical Issues

In the rare event of a studio-side technical failure (e.g., power outage, critical gear malfunction) that prevents your recording, we will offer you a full refund or an immediate complimentary rescheduled session.
